Niko Dukan is a talented young man. On the one hand side an influential wine merchant in France, on the other hand a mind behind Marko Kovacs @Karakterre. Always on the road.
Wherever there is something going on, Niko is there.
A wizard! A phenomenon!
And now he started a new project in his homeland. Together with his friend Kreso Petrekovic. A 100 years old vines. Indigenous varieties.
I was a little skeptical. Being wine enthusiasts is not enough!
But in their hands the wines got silky, not rustic. Powerful but elegant. Beautiful textured.
What refined palettes.
I was surprised! We got curious.
